Why we built Coral Gables Vacation Rentals
The company started with a simple frustration: every time friends or family came to visit Coral Gables, the only options were generic chain hotels or anonymous platform listings run by someone three time zones away.
We knew we could do better. So we did. We started by hand-picking and locally inspecting a small collection of vetted homes — Mediterranean villas near Miracle Mile, family homes within walking distance of UM, waterfront retreats in Cocoplum. Then we built a team that actually lives here, knows the streets, and treats every guest like a personal houseguest.
A decade later, we still personally inspect every home before a guest stays in it, our team still answers their own phones, and we still believe that booking direct with people who love this city is a fundamentally better way to stay in Coral Gables.
