• -2. Any gathering of more than 15 guests will be the loss of entire Security deposit and cancellation of the remainder of the Stay. Parties are expressly forbidden.
• -3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 9:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. No DJs and/or band are allowed on property.
• -5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
• -6. Only use appliances for their intended uses
• -7. PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
• -10. Do not set the A/C below 70 degrees as this can result in damage to the unit, which the tenant will be liable for. Please keep doors closed at all times!
• -11. Cameras: For insurance purposes, there are cameras outside around the house. In case of any incident, the owner reserve the right to use the images for the claim.
• -12. Gate remote: any lost or missing Gate remote will be charged $250.
• -13. Sub-renting is strictly prohibited without written approval from Management.
• -14. Photo or video shoots are strictly prohibited without written approval from Management.
• -15. No street parking allowed at all times. Parking only on the property. Maximum cars 5
• -Security Cameras / Noise Monitoring
• -Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.
• -Note, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or deleted when no longer needed.
